1. Who We Are

2. What We Offer

The Metamorphosis Programme is a 12-week, self-led online educational programme addressing nutrition, sleep, and nervous system regulation through The Foundation Flow™ framework. It includes video modules, journaling tools, a recipe bank, kinesiology self-help technique videos, trackers, and access to The Wisdom Well companion series.

This programme is educational only. It does not involve any individual health assessment, and I do not liaise with your GP or any other healthcare provider as part of this programme. It is not medical treatment, and it does not replace advice from your GP or a qualified medical professional. I do not diagnose, prescribe, or claim to cure any condition. Please see the full health disclaimer in Section 7.

3. Price and Payment

The current price of the Metamorphosis Programme is £120, or available as 3 payments of £40.

This is an introductory founding rate. The price may increase for future enrolments, but any change will not affect customers who have already enrolled.

Payment is taken in full, or as agreed instalments, at the time of booking through [payment provider, e.g. Wix Payments/Stripe/PayPal].

4. Access

Once payment is received, you will receive immediate access to the programme materials. Because access begins straight away, please read Section 5 carefully, as it affects your legal cancellation rights.

5. Cancellation, Cooling-Off, and Refunds

Your statutory right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel and receive a full refund, without giving a reason.

What happens because you get immediate access

Because this programme gives you immediate digital access rather than waiting 14 days, by completing your purchase and ticking the confirmation box at checkout, you agree that:

You want access to begin straight away, before the 14-day period ends
You understand that, once you begin accessing the programme, your automatic statutory right to a full refund within the 14 days no longer applies in the same way

My own refund approach, beyond the legal minimum

I would rather you tell me if something is not working for you than feel stuck. My honest, human approach is:

If you have only completed onboarding and Week 1, and decide the programme is not right for you, I will happily offer a full refund.
If you are a few weeks in and it is not the right fit, I will offer a pro-rata refund reflecting the weeks you have not yet accessed.
I am always interested in understanding why it was not the right fit for you. Not everything is for everyone, and that is completely fine. Your feedback helps me improve the programme for the next woman who joins.

To request a refund, please email rhu@rhustrand.co.uk and I will respond within 3 working days.

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not remove, your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Foundation Flow™, the Metamorphosis Programme, the Wisdom Well, and all associated video, written, and audio content remain the intellectual property of Rhu Strand. Enrolling in the programme gives you a personal licence to use the materials for your own use. You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute the materials to anyone else.

7. Health Disclaimer and Scope of Practice

I am a Level 5 Functional Wellness Practitioner and Kinesiology Therapist. I am not a medical doctor, and this programme does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription.

This programme is general education only. I have not taken any individual health history from you, and I am not liaising with your GP or any other healthcare professional as part of your participation. I recommend and suggest general, evidence-based lifestyle approaches around nutrition, sleep, and stress, which you are welcome to discuss with your own GP if you wish. I do not prescribe supplements, medication, or specific numeric dietary targets.

If you experience symptoms such as heavy bleeding, chest pain, unexplained lumps, or a reaction to existing medication, please contact your GP directly rather than relying on this programme.

If you later choose to work with me as a 1-to-1 private client, that pathway involves an individual health assessment, and I may, where appropriate and with your consent, communicate with your GP as part of that more personalised support. This section applies specifically to the self-led Metamorphosis Programme.

8. Limitation of Liability

I provide the programme with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the programme. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under UK law.

9. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in force at the time you enrol will apply to your purchase.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
