The Therapy Room with Rhu

Parties and scope

These terms are between Rhu Strand, trading as The Phase Partnership, and the organisation booking the service, referred to as the employer.

They apply to lunchtime awareness sessions, half day manager and HR workshops, Menopause Champion training and support, and employee 1-2-1 support packages arranged through The Phase Partnership. Where a 1-2-1 support package is booked, the actual delivery of that support is provided under The Foundation Flow, and is subject to its own client agreement in addition to these terms.

Fees and payment

Invoices for lunchtime awareness sessions and half day workshops are due in full before the date of delivery. For Menopause Champion training and other multi session bookings, a deposit of fifty percent is due to secure the dates, with the balance invoiced and due before the final session.

Cancellation and rescheduling

If the employer cancels or reschedules with fourteen or more days notice before the agreed date, any deposit paid is credited towards a new date. If the employer cancels or reschedules with less than fourteen days notice, the full fee remains payable, since preparation and diary time has already been committed.

Confidentiality and data protection

Anything an employee shares during a session, whether spoken in a group or raised individually, is kept confidential and is not reported back to the employer, other than in general, non identifiable terms about how the session was received. Any personal information collected, such as sign up details for further support, is handled in line with UK data protection law and is not shared with the employer without the individual's consent, except where there is a genuine safeguarding concern.

Scope of practice

The Phase Partnership is offered by Rhu Strand as a workplace menopause and andropause specialist. It is not an occupational health service, and nothing in these terms or in any session should be read as occupational health provision. Sessions are educational and awareness raising in nature. They do not diagnose, prescribe, or replace an occupational health assessment, GP care, or any other medical advice. Where an employee's situation suggests they should be seen by a GP or referred to occupational health, that is what is recommended, and the employer's own occupational health and HR processes remain the appropriate route for anything beyond general awareness and understanding.

Intellectual property

All training materials, slides, handouts and frameworks, including The Foundation Flow, remain the property of Rhu Strand trading as The Phase Partnership. The employer receives a licence to use them internally with their own staff, but they may not be sold, reproduced for another organisation, or used to deliver the training themselves without written agreement.

Liability, governing law and contact

Liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the fees paid for that booking, other than for anything that cannot lawfully be limited, such as death or personal injury caused by negligence. Appropriate professional insurance is held and can be provided on request.
